The Last Bloom

 Coming August 2021

Even though Calliope Laurent kills people for a living on paper, it doesn’t mean she wants someone to immortalize her by making her death scenes a reality, especially in the name of love. She just wants to retain her anonymity and get to know the handsome sheriff a little bit better. How will that ever happen if a stalker keeps killing people, while working his way to her so that they can be ‘together forever’? This reclusive author is not what anyone would expect, she’s just looking for a happily ever after of her own not a starring role in a scene from one of her novels.

Excerpt from The Last Bloom:

We’d been teasing each other with the longest session of word foreplay in existence and I wanted to kiss him so desperately, my pulse raced at the thought of those lips against mine. His one question casually thrown out as more flirty banter was when the switch flipped; my restraint finally snapped. I exhaled feeling the want pouring off me in a hiss. I was done leaving anything open for interpretation.
